As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, no one knows what ‘normal’ is for business anymore. However, due to our well-established remote culture and routine use of cloud-based software and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, SHEA Global is open and operating business as usual. Each SHEA Global employee has the means to work from home with remote access to all our business software and applications for seamless continuation of operations.

We established a remote culture in 2014 by moving all on-premises equipment to the Microsoft Azure cloud. More recently, SHEA Global implemented Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools and software to enhance effective collaboration in our growing global team. As our offices are split between different locations, time zones, and even different languages, successful communication became even more important for keeping projects on track and initiatives aligned. In times like these, this digital collaboration also becomes essential to the health and safety of our customers and employees.
